GYSPOT 27.02

The GYSPOT 27.02, with its maximum output of 2,600 A, is the ideal product for dent pulling and straightening out low-thickness car-body components (bonnet, door and roof panel etc.) This is a multi-functional product, making it suitable for many applications. With its low power consumption, it’s designed to operate effectively on a simple, 230 V power supply.

Four available modes:
• Star-washer welding for panel beating
• Wavy-wire welding, ideal for curved profiles (e.g.wheel arches)
• Shrinkage, for slight impacts and finishing work
• Suitable for use with a graphite pencil

GYSPOT PRO 230

This 230 V, steel dent puller boasts an output current of 3,800 A making it ideal for all steel straightening and dent-pulling applications. Its two guns (one automatic and one featuring trigger control) as well as its user-friendly control panel automatic make this device versatile and efficient to use.

Only two parameter settings can be selected:
• Output power level (out of 11 levels)
• The tool used (out of seven tools), No need to select the welding current or welding time.

Manual trigger control
The welding process takes place when the user presses the trigger when the tool is in contact with the part to be straightened out.

Automatic trigger control
The welding process is triggered automatically by simple contact between the tool and the part to be straightened.

GYSPOT EXPERT 200

Dedicated for various dent pulling and straightening body shop operations, the GYSPOT EXPERT 200 is a high spec machine able to deliver up to 5100A of power. The welding current and welding duration are set separately for a more accurate control of the impact to galvanise and particularly thin steel sheet.

Designed to be connected to a 200–240 V power source with a 30A slow blow fuse, the GYSPOT EXPERT 200 can be used in two different modes:

  • Manual Mode: The operator can independently set the welding current and welding time to match the requirements of a particular job or material thickness.
  • Synergic Mode: The machine uses GYS Expert Engineers’ recommended settings. Simply select the tool to be used and the power is automatically set according to the required sheet thickness.

For extra control, two welding operations are available:

  • Automatic Operation: The arc begins when the tool comes into contact with the metal sheet.
  • Manual Operation: The arc begins when the tool contacts the metal sheet and the trigger is pressed.

GYSPOT EXPERT 400

Dedicated for various dent pulling and straightening body shop operations, the GYSPOT EXPERT 400 is a high spec machine able to deliver up to 4500A of power. The welding current and welding duration are set separately for a more accurate control of the impact to galvanise and particularly thin steel sheet.

Designed to be connected to a 400V – 2ph power source with a 16A slow blow fuse, the GYSPOT EXPERT 400 can be used in two different modes:

A MANUAL mode, where the operative can independently set the welding current and welding time to fit the requirements of a particular job/material thickness.
A SYNERGIC mode : The machine will use the GYS Expert Engineers
recommended settings. Simply select the tool to be used and the power is
automatically set.

For extra control, two welding operations are available :
